What is Chevrolet VoltAge?

Chevrolet VoltAge is a social network bringing together people with a common interest in vehicle electrification and GM’s commitment to producing an attainable, sustainable electric vehicle by way of the Chevrolet Volt.

 

What’s on the site?

The site is built with many common social networking features including forums where users can engage in discussion with each other. The site also features blogs written by Volt team members and third-party experts in vehicle electrification. Chevy-produced videos will take site visitors behind the scenes for a chance to meet the men and women working on the Volt and an opportunity to see the Volt’s development. Poll questions on topics of interest and news and links to other relevant content on the Web are a few of the other features that can be found on the site.

 

How do I participate in the discussions taking place on Chevrolet VoltAge?

To post a comment or question in the forums or to comment on blog or video posts, simply create a user profile by clicking on the Login link from the www.ChevroletVoltAge.com homepage. You’ll be prompted to pick a user name and password and will have the option to upload a profile photo. Once you’ve set up your user profile and verified your registration via e-mail, you can take part in site conversations immediately. You can also login to the site using your Facebook login information, and a profile will automatically be generated for you. (However, if you want your profile to include hobbies, interests, etc., you’ll need to add that information manually.)

 

Do I need a user profile to see the content on the site?

No, you can view the site without creating a user profile. However, to participate in the discussions, you will need to set up a profile as outlined above.
